Caliper Guide Pin Boot Kit??`

Ok, I got my Cryo rotors in today. Took the old pads off and found the lower inside piston is frozen! SOAB! Anyway, I put everything back together and am ordering Raybesto's calipers from Rock Auto. I figure it would be dumb to spend a fortune on nicer calipers only to risk the same problem in the future.
So...not too bad at $75 each after the core refund.

Question is this: Anyone every seen or heard of a "guide pin boot"?
There is one listed on Rock auto here:

Anyway, I'm not even sure there's enough room for such a kit, but if so, it sure would help keep the pins lubed up.
Maybe it's for another vehicle? Maybe it would fit??

Never mind...the boot kits are for the rear....guess I should have read a bit more! Somebody delete this, quick!

[/QUOTE I just got my Cryo rotors today, will install tomorrow.I got Reman front calipers at Advanced Auto. 94 bucks for both after online discounts.Great price.Hope my rear calipers are good.Ill be installing my cryos,Stpotech stainless lines and Hawk pads along with already done ATE SUPER BLUE fluid. I'll keep the forum posted after all is done.Hope everything works out for you.

Sounds like a good set up!! Which Hawk pads did you go with?
I really wanted the EBC Red Stuff, but they don't make it for our 4runners. Yellow stuff was overkill and cost twice as much as the Hawk LTS pads that should do all I ever need them to.
Nobody had the calipers in stock where I live, so I went w/ Raybestos instead. Let us know how yours turns out!

What SS lines did you go with? I figured since I've already spent over $600, might as well get the SS brake lines while I'm at it!

Autoanything had a nice deal on the STOPTECH SS lines, with discounts i got the for 133.00 free shipping.Reviews were pretty good and STOPTECH is world famous for great brakes and accessories.
