calling all 4thgen T4Rs, need help!!!

I have 05 sport edition V8 and have recently begun mods on it. I have a single flowmaster exhaust into a straight tip and also a K&N air filter to help it breath. I will be lifting it about 3 inches and adding (hopefully) 33x10.5 lowprofile aggresive mudterrains on 20 inch rims...I would like some info on avoiding the swing arm and other such catastrophes. if anyone has seen lifted 05 runner pages online could you please hit me up and point me in the right direction.
I would also like to add a supercharger in the near future and will soon start addressing those options as well.

any help would be tremendously appreciated

I guess it would be better to call it an aggressive all terrain although it looks alot like a mudterrain....

If you want to keep the X-REAS and lift, have to go with a spacer lift.

Cornfed is 3" up front, 2" rear.

Revtek is the same, but order without the rear shocks.

Daystar is 2.5" up front, 2" rear.

If you don't care about losing the X-REAS, OME (new shocks/struts/springs) and coilovers are available.

The smallest 20" Nitto TG is a 305/50. Here is a thread on 305 width.

These aren't mud terrains, but I think this is what he's talking about. Here is a pic of 20" BFG A/T KO's. BFG actually makes the All-Terrain T/A in a 285/55SR20, 325/60SR20, and 37x12.5SR20.

I am not sure what you mean by the "swing arm and other such catastrophes" but there are several folks on this board with lifts on their 4th gens. There are a lot of write-ups and discussions here that would be a benefit to you. This is a great place for such info, along with other forums like toyota120.com and yotatech.com.

I was actually going back and forth between the Nitto Mud Grappler (305 series) and the BFG All-Terrain (285 series) for my 20" Foose's, but eventually decided on the BFG's because pictures I have seen of 285's seemed to fit better. If you want to see how the BFG All-Terrain's (285/55R20) look with a 20" rim, then you can see some pictures here:

As for the coming into contact with other suspension components, I would say be very careful. After going to a couple different shops, I received different opinions as to what would fit and what would not. After talking with a tech at BFG and Foose, I finally decided to give the combo a go. Then after everything was installed, I took a look inside the fender to see if anything was touching and noticed that the tire is about an inch or 2 away from the upper A arm (from what I can remember, I think I could pass the flat of my hand through the gap). With that being said, I would be cautious about the extra 8/10" that comes with upsizing to a 305 from a 285. The best thing is to see if you can find a place that will test fit them on for you, because the last thing you want is to be stuck with a nice set of rubber end tables.
