I have the DT long tube headers and a DT y-pipe for sale, new in box never opened. Fits '05-'09 4.7L v8. I found out right before I was about to do the header replacement on my 4runner that I am moving to an inspection state and won't be able to run the cat-deleted set-up I had in mind.
Parts were bought from Jason B, never been opened. I'll pay for the shipping and fees in the continental U.S. and will let them go at the same price as Jason is selling them at, saving you $50-$100. If you buy both I'll knock another $25 off Jason's price. PM if you're interested, thanks!

Spacers on the outlet O2 sensors to trick them into not logging catalyst efficiency faults, or an O2 simulator from URD if you want to not have big spacers hanging off the bungs. This will still fail a tailpipe emissions check, and possibly a visible check if they are looking for catalysts on the headers but no CEL after emissions monitors have ran.

Here is some Y-pipe audio: 03' SR5 Sport, Original OEM manifolds and the PO's rear exhaust with a Thrush muffler thats got several thousand miles on it. Video is kinda long but gives you several different speeds and one pass at full throttle for a couple gears. It definitely has a much deeper tone now.

[MENTION=102822]JONBOY345[/MENTION] I always thought the exhaust that the PO put on this thing sounded great. The Thrush has a nice tone to it, with not too much drone. This video isn't really a fair comparison because it's on dirt, which doesn't reflect the audio like pavement. You also have the suspension clacking pretty loud as well. But, I think the tone is deeper in the first video with the Y pipe.

I just installed a Doug Thorley Y pipe on a 2003 V8 and I have to say I'm pretty disappointed and would not recommend this at all. The Y pipe hangs over an inch BELOW the stock cross member, and what's funny is there's a solid 2" of clearance between the Y pipe and driveshaft. I bought these since my girlfriend crunched her stock Y pipe and was under the impression the DT one was higher clearance. Nope, you can't even install a skid to cover this it hangs so low. So before our next camping trip I'm gonna have to pull this stupid thing and chop it up and make it clear like it should have. Also, there appears to be a bent rod for an exhaust hanger but it's pointed down? Maybe I'm missing something or installed these wrongly or got some ****ed up set, but between buying their long tube headers and finding out they're not all stainless plus getting their Y pipe that had the awesome side effect of lowering the ground clearance of the entire belly, I'm not too happy about the $1200 price tag.

DIY wrencher? Budget 10hrs labor for headers, y pipe and exhaust will already be partially disconnected for that install so add 2 more hrs.
