Camburg uca problem

I have a set of camburg uniball uca's on my 4runner. About 3,000 miles on them and I have some play in one of them. It isn't the uniball itself. There is a small bit of play in the adapter that goes through the spindle and is secured with a c clip. I can wiggle it by hand when the truck is jacked up by the lca. It is only on one side. I'm assuming either the adapter is too small or the hole in the spindle was enlarged when I fought to get the old balljoints out. What should I do? Is it dangerous?

Camburg says I need a new spindle. I think I damaged it when I removed the factory balljoint. Anyway, cheapest I can find one is $270. They come with the upper balljoint pressed in which I do not need since I have uniball uca's. anyone know where I can get a spindle without an upper balljoint?

I decided to replace the wheel bearing as well while I'm doing it. Will it slide into the new spindle or will I need a press? Any seals or other parts I should get? I'm
Hoping this is pretty straightforward and doesn't require any special tools.

Would it be possible to only buy a new spindle? And move the bearing,seals, abs ring and bearing spacer over to the new one? I've read the bearing last quite some time and I only have 140k miles. It would save me a lot of money.
