Using dealer scan tool such as Toyota Techstream to gain access to the cars computer control module. Most of the time, the anti-theft system is not possible to disable due to the fact it's tied into the immobilzer system. Only Dealer Service Technicans and Certified Lock Smith's have access to these security systems.
