Camshaft Alignment-putting the 3.0 back together

Am putting the 3VZE back together, engine is a 91 for reference. I put the cams back in yesterday(second time, knowone told me how easy it was to strip
the threads in aluminum!-Helicoil time) Anyway, I didn't give much thought as to cam position as I reinstalled the cams onto the heads. Now I am scratching my head as to whether I can rotate the cams without damaging the valve train. As you can see from the picture, the right cam is about 45 degrees past straight up, and the left is about 90 before, with the bottom end at top dead center. Big question is can I rotate the cams to top dead center without damaging anything?

Thanks for reply, hadn't heard that term before so I did some research and the information flowed.

Non Interference=Valves did not open into the cylinders, thereby negating the possibility of bending valves when engine is out of time. Yes?
