Can I fix rear sag with just springs (no lift)?

Hello all.

I've been reading through a lot of rear sag threads (sorry for starting a new one) but can't find the exact information I am looking for.

My 4runner is a daily driver with no lift and I would like to keep it that way, but I would also like to fix the rear sag.

It seems like possibly the 890s or 906s would work, but I don't want any rake either. I just want 'er to sit level. Maybe there is a different set of coils out there which would do the trick?

I got standard Moog replacement springs, and Monroe adjustable rear shocks for leveling loads when I need to. Rides nice and smooth and looks good. Also very cheap!

OEM replacements, or off brand OEM replacements. The sag is just age man. Simple.

I put MOOG on my dad's 01 4runner...instant sag...

Go to rockauto.com and order some moogs for a '99 and you'll be ok.

I bought '99 tall replacements for my 2001 truck from AutoZone. $75 delivered for the pair. Spent an evening pulling the old ones out, putting the new ones in. Sag is gone. Love it!

99 Rear Tall coils off Craigslist for $50. Lifted rear approx 1".

Do you notice much of a difference in the ride with the tall coils?
