I did Milwaukee to Indy in 3.5 hours. The wife was not amoused with my lane changing tactics.

Last week the wife did Tampa to Indy, 1,010 miles over Mount Eagle, in 15 hours flat.

What's your furthest, fastest, road trip in a 4 runner?

I drove from FL to CO with the 4Runner loaded with so much crap the rear was sagging almost to the bump stops. The rear cargo tray made weird popping sounds, loaded to well beyond the 400# they claim is the max. Drove at or below the speed limit the entire way and gave lots of notification when I was changing lanes.
 
There are no rules.
According to some other post....we are being pulled by an OX and these trips should take months.
 
Drove from SW Florida to Los Angeles in about 42hrs. when I first got my runner. Only slept a few hrs. was not fun, lol
 
My best long distance time is over 1,500km (950miles) in 13 hours. Including traffic through Montreal and Toronto. Door to door.

I have also done 410+km (255 miles) in 3 hrs and 15 mins. Door to door.

Well, in that case I've had mine up to 150 km/h (about 90 mph) in the mountains. On 33s with all the mods listed in my sig. Apparently I have sufficient leg strength to properly manipulate the gas pedal.
 
I drove from STL to Colorado springs in 12 hours straight, all by myself, well my gf at the time was there, but shes 5ft tall and can't see over the dash lol.

Did STL to Moab over the summer, 17 hours straight, I did surrender the wheel at the 15 hour mark to my co pilot.

900 miles to Monroe, LA from Cary, NC in about 12 hours.

You must have done the Dented Floorboard Mod so you can get the pedal further down.
 
Sarasota to NYC 11 hours- zero tickets. never again unless suicidal. I was young and stupid. THen I`ve got into sport bikes and never speed in a car again.

Good for you.....LA traffic totally blows.....! I used to live in CO and miss all the blizzards we had. Only blizzards we get in LA are the human kind (tourists)....
 
Drove from Watertown, Ny to Houghton, Michigan about 4 times every summer for a number of years. In my old BMW 335 - I set my personal record of 13hrs, 45min. In the 2008 V8 Sport Edition 4Runner, I never managed to best 14hr, 45min.

My newer 2012 4Runner TE, I've driven from PA to NY to Upper Michigan, All the way down through the I-35 cooridoor from Duluth, Mn to San Antonio, Tx. It's been as far west as Denver and has driven from KC to Killeen, Tx more times than I can count. It's been a rough 40k mi and 15months of ownership.
 
Salt Lake Utah, to Newport beach california. 8.5 hours :biggrin2:

Lets just say I was doin a little more than the speed limit...

*cough* 110 mph *cough*

But no, it wasn't in my runner.

Bethesda,MD to Memphis, TN - 880 miles = 11:30
Little Rock, AR to somewhere PA - 1000 miles = 13:45
Grand Forks, ND to Torch Lake, MI - 15 hours (slow going across northern MN/WI)
