Thanks for reposting. My wife just installed this for me while I was at the hardware store getting bolts, lol. She used the existing coat hanger bolt, and it looks pretty solid. She did have to cut the center bar because it was too long, and had to drill a new hole in the mounting bracket, but it looks solid, and holds my Mossberg 500 (18.5" barrel) out of sight.

I also used the stock screws and had to cut it down, and open up the mounting holes, all credit for this mod to Meefzah.
