Cat converter or bad 02s

Need opinions. I've been to Toyota and another private shop and they have assured me my cat and o2 sensor and bank 1 need to be replaced. However after reading I've learned that maybe it might just be the 02 sensor throwing the code.shoukd I replace the 02 and cat or just do the 02 sensor and see. The car only has 126,000 which is very early for a Toyota cat to go bad.

Do the O2 sensor, probably all that's needed.

I would do only the O2 sensor. Easy job. OEM if at all possible.

I will try that first! I've read about 10 threads that say it's the 02 sensors causing the cat to give a bad reading. It's way to early for a cat to die on a Toyota
