Hey just want to say thanks to every one for there biss. I know there are still alot of you that are want a mount so I will be making more. However I just recently got back into mountain biking and entered a race series. So it will probably be mid July before I make more! If you guys can get a list together on here of you that will be wanting one I will know how many I need to make.

Sorry for the wait but riding after work every day to try to get back in shape is top priority right now!:violin:

first race was today I got SMOKED! but I had a blast and cant wait till next week!!!:trophy:

Mounting part

So I was able to get the last part I need for the CB install. Looking forward to receiving the Drifter mount!

Been reading on here about the proper grounding. The mounting piece has a teflon spacer, and two washers. I need to know on which side of the mount these parts go. It would make the most sense to me to have them on the bottom (which is in the first photo) so that there is not a risistive material from the antenna to the mount, but I see others have the hardware on the antenna side.

Any help would be appreciated. I did steal these photos from the threads, so sorry if that angers anybody!

This is the way I did mine because it shorted out the antenna the other way.
