Time to update the tire sticky thread.

No, I just post within my own thread for myself. I'll leave that for someone else to do. I don't like the repetitive questions of those who don't spend the extra couple of minutes researching on their own. This 5th gen section has become a joke.

I hear you. To me, there are very few out there doing actual mods and really wheeling. So tired of plastidip, floor mat, tint, type mods. That and the same questions multiple times a day that have been asked so many times. It's the few threads like this I always read.

LMAO yes sir. There are 10 potentially new "will it rub" threads sitting at my local Toyota lot right now. You probably get a few PMs every week too.

Beadlocks and Tires 6/23/2018

Threw on the beadlocks and tires. Minimal cutting so far. Cut and beat back pinch welds and cut a little of the fenders.

I would think your not gonna bother with glass fenders are you? You'd just tear em up eventually lol.

No glass fenders for me. They'd be broken so fast. However, I have seen an influx of stock suspension and small tire 4runners running glass fenders. I don't understand why.

lol haven't seen that one yet. I guess that would be a similar mental illness problem like the light bar syndrome on a 4 lane hwy with street lights.

Balanced Wheels/Tires 2/26/2018

Had time to go get the wheels/tires balanced. Cut a bit more of the fenders. Cleaner photo of the combination. Real test to come; wheeling in NH this weekend.

I see a trailer and F250 in your future...lol

I see a stronger steering rack and dual cases... but yes, that would help. But by then I hope to have a truggy/buggy and this will be my travel rig for when we do our week long wheeling/camping trips.

Likely story...lets start a trailer..:naughty:.

Custom built from scratch? You're up for the task?

*(2) 5K axles
*102" wide
*Drive over fenders
*Lenght just long enough to fit the full length of the truck
*Removable rack to put a roof top tent on over the front of it just above the hood of the truck.

You need to get in touch with Marlin as they have prototyped a HD inner tie-rod since they are running 40's on a Taco.
