The best outcome for you would be to take the cash equivalent of installing a new xreas suspension (I think you said ~$3k) and spend it on what you want. The purchase and labor to install of 4x 5100s will be about $1,100. A little more if you swap out the springs.

If it truly is compromised, what do you guys think the out of state dealer would offer best case?

I wonder if I could leverage this into getting 5100's (and staying CPO) all around and a new smart key fob? And maybe throw in some black TRD Pro wheels lol.
