Change UCAs and coilovers

Does anyone have or know of a full write up (preferably with pics) for changing/upgrading UCAs and shocks?

I did it on my '05 Tacoma, but it was years ago, and I need a refresher before I get after it.

Are the 2010s and Fjs the same setup for 2014 4runner? especially the UCAs. I have never done those before.

they're all pretty much the same.

also, i don't know exactly which model you have, but if it has KDSS be sure to note the specific considerations re: removing and reattaching the front and rear swaybars—it's important. if you don't have KDSS the install will be just that much easier.
