Christmas Lighting the 4Runner

Ya never know

I got pulled over for speeding with my old truck. And the cop thought the Xmas lights on the winch bar were so funny he let me off.

Wife found shotgun shell Christmas lights on one of her business trips.

She put them in the back of my TE inside of the three rear windows.

Did it a couple weeks ago, so far no trouble from the pigs in GA

Reviving the thread, but how and where did you wire these lights up?

I was thinking of doing this myself this year with solar powered Christmas lights. I'll just wrap them around the rack and probably glue a piece of rubber mat to the solar control unit so if it bounces it does nothing to my roof paint.

link?!?!?!:bravo:

I've thought about doing this to both of mine but I don't want it to scratch the paint or roof rack plus I'm not sure I would even want them on there at all. Wonder if I would get stopped anywhere on my way from NM to ND?

Keep the pics coming, maybe I'll change my mind.

yeah not to keen on this idea for a 4runner, but that's just me.

now on the wardens Tacoma, it would be a lot easier with the bed outlet and covering on the lips on the bed.

they actually have a thread on doing xmas lights on a Tacoma in the TW forums.
