clarion dxz 845mc +diversity ant

I'am going to install a clarion dxz845mc and a 80x4 amp in an 04 runner. Is their an adapter so ican yous both antena cables.How would the reception be with just the one ant. Also how are clarion head units any help would be appreciated.

I put a pioneer in my 2k 4R and there was a big drop in radio reception. So much that I bought XM radio, cuz I could barely get regular stations that came in fine before.

Yes, Metra makes a Y-adapter. You can put a search on the web for it. This is the model:Metra Motorola Antenna Y-Adapter 40-UV43. Clarion has some nice head units. Especially the ProAudio line. I have a friend and that is all he will buy for headunits. I prefer Alpine but everyone has their favorites. I've used Clarion before and have never had a problem with them. Good Luck!
