Cleghorn Run-May 22nd

Hi Everyone,
New to the 4runner world and the forum. Hope to join all of you tomorrow for the Cleghorn Trail. Im in no rush but curious about duration so i can be prepared (food, water, gas?) How long does the trail usually take? Do you break for lunch, how long? Just eat on the go? Do you hang out on the trail(bring chairs?)Appreciate the help.:fish:

Bring lunch and something to drink. Last time with the big group we started at around 930am and finished up around 4-5pm. Granted we had like 30 Toyota's running in the group and 3 different groups and we had to wait for others to be rescued.

I'm sure we'll stop for lunch which was just on the side of the trail . I was a total noob last time too and still am. I'm going to try some of the harder offshoots this time around. Last time I took all the easy routes as it was my very first time offroading.

You will want to lower the tire pressures on the trail so you don't get any punctures or damages.

Things you should bring if you have it (just in case)
-tire pressure gauge
-air compressor
-engine oil, rad fluid, etc
-tire iron
-communication device

if noone brings me lunch then were taking no rest breaks and going straight through the trail...

Thanks for the important info Soso! If you don't have any of the items that Soso listed im sure the majority of this group can help you with what you need.. deflate/inflate etc...

I wasn't able to get a radio in time for tomorrow. Could I borrow someone's? I have an arb deflator and an air compressor you could use :D

Count me in since I get nothing to do tomorrow, I may borrow some tools to air up, thank you! See you all tomorrow!!!!

i'd love to see pics & videos of my attempt @ the skull & crossbones ~ please PM. for my email address ~ THANKS in advance!

Lost everyone after we tried to split off and go to pilot rock so the gf and I just went home. Also want to see the video of me on me on the first big hill! It was nice meeting everyone. Had a great time even though my gf is still kinda mad I put her through those two scary sections

That was my bad. It looked easy until it was too late. It was great meeting everyone.
