Finished up the one piece aluminum intake tube. Still waiting for my 22204-31020 though.

The main reasons to build it was to utilize the updated more free flowing maf sensor and making room to add a 7th and 8th injector. I've already been writing software that reads a Honda map sensor to vary the duty cycle of the injectors depending on boost level and will be tuned from a laptop. So at this point it's probably time to pick out and order a fuel pump and start building the injector mount.

I had time at lunch today to run out to the junkyard and cut off a maf harness out of a 2010 Avalon and my sensor showed up too.

Had to figure out the wiring myself so I made a test harness to make sure I had it wired correct and went and drove it before I cut my plug off and soldered the new one in.

Late model sensor installed. Now I can use the 2005 and up mafs.

Probably going to use a combination of these little guys for the 7th and 8th injector to get a good fuel curve.

They are very compact, only 40mm long.
They come in a large range from 275cc to 2200cc.
Use common EV14 connector.
Relatively inexpensive.

Just read through the entire thread! Holy s*** dude! I had been wondering about rear turbos with mud and water (I had seen part of your build before, just not the whole thing) and I like the new snorkel setup much better than the rear. I have the time just not the funds, but eventually I will have this setup! Did anything ever come from the column paddle shifters?

Thanks. And yes, the paddles on the column work better than when I had them on the steering wheel. I should make a new video with the new paddle setup.
 
Had time to do my fuel pump today. Pretty easy tank to remove. Everything went smooth and the pump fit nicely in the stock location.

So it's been turbocharged making good power and been reliable for 5 years now. I know the AFR has never been perfect and probably lean, but it worked. I recently wanted to start turning up the boost a bit so a wideband was going to be mandatory at this point.

After driving it home today after installing the 255lph pump I now know first hand the stock fuel pump can't even keep up with the little stock 240cc injectors at high rpm with my setup at 7psi.

Full throttle open loop pulls AFR would drop to ~11 and stay there until around 4.5k rpm and start going lean fast ~14 which is bad. With the new pump it drops to ~10 and never goes above 13. Step in the right direction at least. Pulls harder and feels a lot better over all.

This pump is the backbone and a starting point to more boost and more fuel I am going to force feed this pig, and she will take it like a boss or blow the intake manifold through the hood.
 
I will be using a MAP sensor to read the boost pressure and then I will just have to tune in a nice fuel curve between psi and duty cycle.

How are you going to tune closed loop boost?

And FWIW my stock fuel pump is properly feeding 550cc/min injectors at 9psi at 10.5 AFR.
