Ok hopefully I can describe this in a way that make sense
. For the manual guys, do you have to step on your clutch pedal all the way to the floor before it starts? In all the manuals I've driven, my 4 Runner is the only one that I actually have to step on the clutch all the way to the floor before it'll start. I looked at the clutch pedal and I noticed it indeed needs to be all the way to the floor before it makes contact with the clutch start switch.
Has anyone tried to maybe glue or attach some sort of extension on the clutch pedal part that makes contact with the switch so they don't have to press the clutch pedal down as far to start? If so, I'd love to hear your ideas. Hopefully they're quick and easy ones!
