Coax cable routing

Hey guys,
Thinking of running a permanent CB or 2M Ham radio on my T4R - any ideas of a good routing to get the cable inside the vehicle neatly? I have a roof rack so I'll likely mount the antenna to that - but I'm just unsure as to how to get the coax cable inside the vehicle and routed to the front under interior trim panels.

I searched a lot first and couldn't find anything -

Any help would be appreciated.

Here is some info from one of my threads...

Hope that helps! I have more pics in my photo album...

I have mine routed similar to Antman's but was contemplating poking a hole in the roof under the drain sil and routing the coax through there with a dob of silicone to seal it. Anyone else down this?
