Colorado guys out there?

Eagle Rock and Saranwrap are two of my favorites in CO. Never seen a 4Runner up there though. Glad you got out safely. That water at the entrance flooded my Rubi once. I plan on eventually getting a snorkel for my 4R.

Yea I get a lot of crazy looks from the Jeep guys when Im rock crawling down eagle rock with just 33's and open diffs. On mount baldy rd there was two built mid 90's Land Cruisers, one on 33's and one on 35's. Then further up there was a newer tacoma on ICON shocks front rear with 33's and a new FJ on 35's with beadlocks. They where some awesome rigs.

The water was coming up, it was starting to come in the doors. I actually have a video of me going in and it stalling but my bro stopped recording. I should not have tried that water crossing with my open air intake and should not have hit the water so fast.

Hey guys I'm hitting up Illinois Gulch next Monday, July 29th. Hit me up if you're in!

I would go but I work mon-fri, not on that summer break like you kids get, LOL. I just ran Illinois Gulch two weeks ago. Got stuck on the steps and was there alone with no recovery equipment. After some crazy driving I was able to get up the steps. But other than the steps there are two hills and nothing else to do. Just a little further gets you too china wall and the entire trail is fun to drive with obstacles everywhere.
