Can someone help me to identify the connector F145 (2020 and up)

Thanks

What is that connector used for? That would give you a hint where it might be.

TIS (Toyota Information System) has wire harness routing diagrams that are very detailed and show the location of each connector.

It's a junction connection that goes to the starter relay, Mitchell wiring say right side of dash and should be with B64. I can't find it, I feel it is probably more in the center right of the dash, I will start looking more in the center right.

I don't know what TIS is.

edit* there is also connector FA2 that I overlooked and will probably be easier to find and access because the F145/B64 if it's what I found are in the top center of the right side and out of reach.

Thanks

I already defined it for you: Toyota Information System. It is the official Toyota web site "bible" for all things maintenance and service related. It is what all dealers use for detailed technical information to work on any Toyota. You can find anything about a Toyota there, including wiring diagrams, service procedures, and repair procedures. It is subscription based, but a short term subscription is not that much: TIS
