Cool cheap "Mod"

Something I gave away as stocking stuffers this year-JT Spotlight. Small LED light that ridescharges in the cigarette lighter. Put 1 up front and 1 in the 12v receptacle in the rear. Pretty cheap and it's surprisingly bright for what it is.

I know what it is, I'm just curious where you have one in the back?

oh that's weird, I don't think mine has one there. I only have the front one that I know of (cigarette lighter.)

Yeah, that's the one. Just inside on the right when you open the rear gate.

They do seem a little pricey but I do like the convenience and on-handness.

I've got the same problem. There's no fix. Either send it back or wait for their Super Socket accessory to come out in March 08.

I ordered 2 the other day, with the discount. They came today and work perfectly. I have a '90, so no problem fitting the socket. Put the other in my '93 MR2.

They glow red when they're charging, looks cool at night.

A little overpriced but what isn't?

Do you know what year they changed the socket size?

Got mine and they don't fit either. They do charge, though when laying inthe socket so, for now, I will probably wedge them in with some cardboard on the sides.

I know these are a bit more money but I have found Coast lighting products worth a little extra and this one is no exception. It throws an incredible amount of light for such a tiny, single LED light.

I ordered the Coast light and I have an '06.

The light doesn't fit

The light is too loose in the socket. The light comes with an adapter, but the adapter is too big to fit in the socket. What to do?

I am a little surprised that there is no standard for 12V plugs. How many different sizes are there?
