That thing is AWESOME. I would pick that up in a heartbeat. I hope to find a first gen 4runner that clean some day.

RHD, by LandCruiser.
-it's nearly impossible to pass on two lane back roads, you can't see around the vehicle in front of you
-the mirrors give you a weird perspective when passing to the left in normal 2+ lane roads (since you normally pass to the right in a RHD)
-drive thrus, parking garages, ATMs, mail slots, etc. are a whole new ballgame
-getting used to shifting with your left hand is easy, all the other controls are in the same place
-you instinctively drive too close to the right shoulder until you get a feel for the width of the vehicle, where there can be deep puddles, huge potholes, and ice
-you either overshoot or undershoot left hand turns at intersections until you get a feel for the width of the vehicle
-parallel parking on the right of way is a breeze
-can't drop off passengers as easily (or pick up hookers)
-you're much more likely to survive an offset head-on collision
Overall, it takes about 2-3 days to get used to it. The biggest PITA for me is the drive through and passing on back roads, everything else is very easy to get used to

I'm not usually a fan of that interior color but it looks so beautiful on that vehicle.
