Crooked Wheel After UCA's...

Installed UCA's and now all of a sudden my front passenger wheel is bowed out noticeably. Ironically the car drives better than ever but what's the deal. Taking it to get aligned in the next couple days. Any ideas?

You didn't state whether you put in OEM or aftermarket like TC UCA's. You have a lift in your sig, did you just do that to? That will do it also. Either way you stated what you already know what you have to do and that's to get it aligned.

Had the lift for a while (year or two). Car drove not so good but the wheels were straight. Put on TC UCA's yesterday lowered the passenger wheel and it was bowed pretty good. Car drives great BTW. Just perplexed??? Tie rod?

OK, truck drives better because you put the TC's on which corrected the caster which goes a long way in how the truck feels when driving (from a twitchy to stable feel). As a result of this new adjustment to your alignment the cause effect is that it threw your camber alignment out of spec which will have to be corrected by adjusting the alignment bolts on the LCA's. The tie rods won't have anything to do with the bowleggedness you have, it'll only adjust the toe alignment (toe in / \ or toe out \ /).

It's not really bowlegged. More so the wheel just isn't straight horizontally (it's turned when the other wheel is straight). I'm taking it to a reputable 4x4 alignment shop tomorrow… that's something I assume they do during an alignment???
