Both look great! Question is....who will be producing these and how can we buy them? Don't have a 3D printer, so I'd be willing to pay for a couple of sets if they make it into "production".

I just need to know the preferred dimensions and what file type you guys need. I assume it needs a hollow back to mash 3m double-sided tape in?
I will adjust it to match momo.75's latest revision.

No to the hollow back. You need a flat surface to put the tape on. 6" long is perfect and 1.25" tall is ideal also. Excited to see how it comes out!

This is literally perfect.
Like I mentioned earlier I don't know how to use my 3D printer, but for this I am going to figure it out.
I think the TRdP letters are 1.76" tall. So I would try to match this proportionately.
Also consider making a longer version that has 2" letters for the people that want to use these in their grille.
For my plotter, I just need a high res JPEG or PNG file. I will convert it to a cut file.
Again man, this looks great and thank you for putting the time in to do it, not to mention adjusting based on feedback

Anybody think about making this as a sticker?
I would be interested in a sticker for the back hatch. Think it would look cool on the lower right corner.

An STL file can be used on a 3D printer so if you have the ability to send in that form it would be great. I like the adjustments you and momo are working on. Looks great!!!

Just an FYI, I am working on this but I only have a little bit of time today. I am building a "clean" model so it will take a bit longer than just slapping one together. I figure if I am going to pay Shapeways to print it, it might as well be as nice as I can get it.
As Shapeways uses metric these are the dimensions I have:
-the length X is 180mm roughly 7" inches
-the width Y is proportionate to the width 34mm roughly 1.3" inches
-the height Z is right now 8mm about a little over 1/3" inch (this is a guess, ideas welcome)
Anyone know the minimum height for connections? I guess it is material dependent, I was thinking like 3mm?
