Just installed lift and the small clamps are seeping a little greese, boots have not ripped yet,I am going to try to just put new clamps on.
What is the oem part number for clamps only?
Is the tool used to tighten a kd3955?
Is this a better option than using the Mac master car hose clamps?

On a differant note, when the boots do rip should I just buy a oem boot kit or buy rebuilt oem axles from toyota or rebuild cvj axles?
Rebuilt oem from toyota=125 plus 75 core and free shipping
Cvj=125 plus 35 for better boot plus 75 core plus 40-50 shipping
Reboot mine=40 with boot slide mod

Qualifier: I have not installed my lift yet, but have been doing a TON of research.

It seems that this is a common problem after a new lift is installed. There's no need to replace the whole axle if the boot just rips and from what I've read it's really hard to break these OEM axles. Stretch the boot a little farther on the inside and clamp it down. If it does rip, get these:
