Dropped off the FJ wheels at the powder coater today, along with my LC 8 Wraps.

Also decided on a Northwest Trail Innovations weld together front bumper as well. He is working on the design of the rear bumper and I will be picking up one of those when he gets it ready.

Picked up a set of new to me 4.88s for the rear for 300 bucks, I love being in Oregon, it's like a Toyota haven.

Getting more budget lift components together. My parts keep coming in boxes from their OME and bilstein counterparts...

Oem LC shocks with less than 3k on them.

Tundra bilsteins, I'll only be using the coils off these.

My wheels, powder coated super plum from prismaticpowders.com. I personally love the purple and black combo, and I chose this shade because of the dramatic change in color in different lights, it is actually pink/purple and dark blue metallic over jet black.

Here is a wheel in full daylight. Very vivid color.

And as a comparison, one of my 8 wraps, in low light. A super dark candy purple, almost black if you aren't looking directly.

The parts pile keeps growing, may be getting lifted next week, decided on 315/70r17 Duratracs.

Picked up my bumper kit from Northwest Trail Innovations today.

I got to meet the owner, He is a one man show out of battleground, but is very talented at designing bumpers, he is willing to work designs for his customers, and even if you have to pay a welder, you can't beat his prices. He is planning on bumping up production very soon, and shipping 50+ kits a month.

He plans to have front and rear designs for most Toyota models from the 80s to now within the next year.

Here is my brand new bumper, along with one for my dad's Tacoma (which he doesn't have yet.)

What it's replacing (I did not do this, that was the previous owner.)

Also added 36hp and 30 ft lbs in 3 minutes!

Mid 300s depending on what options you choose.

I'll be having it powder coated the traditional flat black, going to be hanging shackles that are done in the purple off the front, Maybe a bit more but I'm trying to keep the color to a minimum on the outside, the flash will all be under the Hood eventually, kind of following the current trends in the tuner world.

He is working on a website, if you Google Northwest trail innovations it comes up, but last I checked it wasn't set up yet. He has been shipping bumpers though, the one I posted was from New Hampshire.

Averaged 21.5 mpg this tank, this is with a cracked manifold, after fixing the manifold I hope to stay above 20mpg on 35's, might be a tall order though.

might be picking up a sport Hood tomorrow and I can start contemplating a full respray before I mount my limited flares.

This build might have just turned into a full blown resto-mod.

Got some LED Dome lights today, not sure how I feel about them yet, having 6K instead of the traditional hue is kind of weird.

Threw in my 99+ Lights, I like the looks of 'em, now I just need to finish the rest of the frontend.

Ordering grill material online, since I couldn't find it anywhere local.

Swapped out the License plate lights for 6K LED's, then used the super white style halogens that were there in my new corner lights. Plan is to use these bulbs as markers with a super bright Amber LED put in the corners for my front turn signals when my new bumper goes on.

Scored a set of 35" BFG KOs, 2 are like new, other 2 are around 70 percent, with some extras, set of 5 ultra Goliath's for a Jeep and a set of spidertrax for a Jeep. All in all the tires were basically free.
