daPitbull's 4Runner Build

A few new pics, nothing special. I haven't really had any time to get out on the trails.

Thought I'd update with some pics. These are a little old, but I rarely take pics of the rig now when I'm out on runs.

Your rig looks real clean and simple man. Keep up the great work. What did you have to do to get the beadlocks? did you have to send them in too the company

Nice rig man!

A few questions:

What is your gas mileage with the 35's and 4.56 gears?
Do you have a license plate light hooked up to your 4x4Labs bumper?

Thanks! I get about I average around 12-15 mpg, depends if I have a heavy foot. I've gotten 18 cruising back from Tahoe a couple times.

I used to have LED lisence plate bolts but ended up taking them off. Ended up switching around the accessories frequently on the swing out and never bother to hook up the lights.

Awesome pictures and already makes me want to go back! Island in the Sky and Canyonlands I thought was more fun then Moab. We drove all day on the white rim only for my wifes fear of being in the middle of nowhere again kicked in. We then drove back up and camped up off the main road as she didn't like the idea of being in the middle of nowhere in a canyon. By the end of the trip she got better and appreciated the solitude.
But really awesome trip you guys had glad you got to take it and your kids will remember it forever!

It is a bit eerie how quiet it is out there! But such an awesome place. We're planning another trip this summer. We'll be doing the WABDR plus other stops through Canada. This time we'll have an off-road trailer in tow.

Not sure how I've missed this thread until now, but that's a great looking 4Runner and it looks super functional for camping and long road trips. You're an excellent photographer as well, really enjoyed the road trip photos over on t120.
