Dashboard warning lights

Hello everybody, i have a 2010 T4R Limited edition. I turned the car engine this morning and there were 3 dashborad warning lights turned on that were: 1. check engine light, 2. slip indicator light, and 3. low speed four wheel drive indicator light constantly flashing. Can someone help me with this issue or can tell me how to fix it?

1. Simplest thing to try first is the disconnect the battery for a few minutes.

2. Check to verify none of the 4x4, crawl control, etc. switches were bumped to "on" position.

I have had to do step one twice in the last couple of weeks because I was playing with the MAF sensor when the truck was running. It reset fine.

Make sure the gas cap is tight. Any leak detected will set off the lights.

Agreed. If the light comes back on then take it to someone with techstream to see what codes are being thrown.

Those would probably explain the 4wd and slip lights flashing but not the check engine light.[/QUOTE]

That would explain the check engine light, but not the flashing 4wd and slip indicator lights. So maybe a combination of things that you and Viera suggested?

Like I said earlier, I have had the same lights come on during the last month. So I installed a thumb nut to make resetting the engine lights easier. The first time I set the lights off was because I disconnected the MAF sensor while the engine was running. Then the second time because I was moving a trailer that was tail heavy. The tongue of the trailer was lightening up the rear end. This confused the traction control system and set off the same lights again. So now, I will probably never need to reset the lights again.

Viera, thanks for your advise, i disconneted and reconected the baterry and it works. Miraculously all warning lights desapeared! Is like reseting again all the system.
