Daystar installed, WHY??

I had my daystar 2.5" installed in the front today. They disconnected the negative battery terminal per instructions. Now my driver's window, sunroof and tailgate window no longer have the one touch up and down deal. Why was this effected and how can i fix it. the sunroof is especially annoying as you have to guess when it's fully closed. If it's open and you hold down the tilt button to close it it goes all the way from open to tilt. Doesn't automatically stop. So you have to guess as to when it's fully closed.

this been discussed several times here. Hold each button down for about 5 sec it will reset
