Daytime Running Lights

Has anyone posted a thread on how to change the bulb in the daytime running light housing? I havent seen one for 5th Gens. I just ordered the all white LED conversion bulbs and antiblinking device.

There is an access panel located under the bumper (drive & passenger). Remove bolts, panel, change 1156 bulb!
