Dead truck battery aftermath

2013 LE-No aftermarket or dealer electrical mods. Yesterday the battery went dead after leaving lights on-always left on automatic but.... Alerted to a problem by a co worker when she heard the horn beeping weakly. Got into the truck-started with the small key in the smart key, had it jump started and it ran fine-BUT the service engine light stayed on, the 4lo and trac off dash lights stayed lit.
One hour drive home. Turned truck off and re-started and same lights still on. Let it rest a few hours and same thing. Turned it on and off about 8 times and all lights cleared. Any guesses??

Go get your alternator checked. Autozone has tools to check your battery, your alternator and your starter.

I remember with a Camry I had, all the little notification lights started going on and off and it was the alternator. Not saying for sure that's what it is.

Nothing like that in my 4R , though I just replaced my battery and the car turned on and back off instantly after replacing it with the new battery, than started up fine after .

1. Still under warranty, take it to dealer.
2. The battery is reconnected; and your vehicle needs an initialization.
See reference P. 515 in your owner's manual.

That reinitilize sounds promising. In my manual on the top of page 515 it does say (USA only)- not sure if that note makes sense though as why would Toyota change the vehicle, in that way, for the Canadian market?
Thanks to all for the help.
