markup.

How many did we have interested? 50'ish? Even at 50% participation rate, they could sell about 25 units. But instead, they will settle for zero. Makes perfect business sense. They must be stuck at home for the whole pandemic and starting to like the smell of their own farts. Geniuses.

I purchased a Weboost on....February 18, the day this tread started. I installed last weekend. With the trucker antenna I have 4 or 5 bars all the time.

Of course, I forgot to install the spring, so I have to redo it. The mounting bracket allows me to rotate the antenna down.

Try going to the NC mountains or even worse out west and see what you get. Lots of places with zero signal. You can't amplify nothing.

I've run a Weboost for a couple of years- it does boost signal- but where there is no signal it can't do anything. I also run my antenna on a 20ft telescoping mast on my travel trailer when parked- the height helps.
I use 2 different antennas depending on the situation- an omni or a directional. Theoretically the directional would be better but that is not always the case in real world use.

Yes, I appreciate the limitations. Nothing is 100%.

I had one of these cell phone boosters installed when I lived in West Texas and I honestly couldn’t tell a difference. The signal boost was negligible at best. The company I worked for paid for it so i wasn’t out anything but it was about $400-500 at the time.
