Dealer buy back?

Recieved a letter today from the dealership, they want to buy my 4Runner back at KBB price plus 15%. I like my truck and all but is this just get a trick?

Generally yes, but the dealerships around here do not have much in the way of 4Runners used so they sell for a couple grand above kbb retail value. Could be the same in your area.
