Dealer recommendation or oil change in the Virginia Beach area?

I am on week three of a seven week road trip and need an oil change. I am currently in Morehead, NC heading into the Outer Banks tomorrow and figure dodger it changed in the Virginia Beach area or maybe Richmond or Charlottesville? Any help is appreciated!

I've gone to both Checkard Flag Toyota (Va Beach) and Priority Toyota (Chesapeake) and have had great experiences at both. Neither tried to "up sell" me on stupid crap I didnt need. However, Priority Toyota has one of the nicest waiting areas/showrooms I've seen at a Toyota dealership - If your going to be waiting at the dealership, I'd go here.
