December 7th Snow Run, Cleghorn to Arrowhead.

I'm planning on running Cleghorn into Arrowhead Saturday, December 7th. We'll be celebrating my birthday, we'll be getting a hotel room that night in Arrowhead. 4wd is mandatory, as nobody wants to spend the entire day recovering cars. I'll be bringing my girlfriend, so it will be a girlfriend/wife friendly trip. A few of us have done this before, and it's always a great time.

When: Saturday, December 7th. 8am
Where: Cleghorn Trail, I-15 entrance
Who: Anyone with 4wd that doesn't mind the cold

This isn't going to be a balls to the walls run, I'm planning on taking my time and cruising. It should take us about 4 hours to get from Cleghorn into Arrowhead. We can either do lunch on the trail, or eat at that Mexican place in town.

I might be in for this. That will be my 1st Saturday off from football. I've done this run before, so I am sure I can make it stock on 31's. Lots of bypasses if need be. It'd be nice to figure out why my rig stalls before we go though.

Not sure, my crystal ball is out of whack. Haha the weather forecast isn't calling for rain any time soon, but I'm crossing my fingers....

Have you done the Cleghorn trail before? There's only one entrance off of the I-15. When the trail ends, we'll be taking the road to 2N33 trail, which is Pilot Rock. From there, we'll be heading towards Big Bear. I'm sorry I don't have lat/lon GPS coordinates, but that's the best I can do. If you need further details, this run might not be for you.

I always fuel up at Chevron off the 138, then head south to the trailhead. We are meeting AT THE TRAILHEAD at 0800. Multiple meeting points will cause confusion.
