December 7th Snow Run, Cleghorn to Arrowhead.

No clue on time. I would say at least 4 hours, start to finish. That's Cleghorn all the way to Arrowhead. It may be more, depending on weather, etc. If you're in a time crunch, you might want to skip this one. I'll say it again; this run is going to go at a relaxed pace. I plan on stopping multiple times, and we're not leaving a spot until the whole group is ready. Pushy people; stay home. :bluejump:

Alright, I'll be joining with my gf and kids. I don't have a cb. I use race radios. I guess I'll have to install a cb for future runs...just no time for this run. I'll be a little later than 8. I have never run Cleghorn are there any turns or forks In the road that I need to know about while trying to catch up?

If you're running late, we should be easy to catch up to. Every other Cleg run we've done has been rushed. Not this time. We're going to take our time, take pictures, stop and smell the roses.

We'll be running CB channel 4 again, so we can communicate with each other.

Any idea how long the trip up will be and if we are doing anything after lunch? It's finals week, so I'm not sure if it is best for me to head out because I should be studying...

My buddy and I live in the Yucaipa area, so I was contemplating finding a trail from Arrowhead to Big Bear (I don't know one, but I am sure there is and I have a map, so I'll wing it) and then down Skyline/Clarks grade to Angeles Oaks from there and take the 38 home. If we do that, it will probably be at a much faster pace. Of course that all depends on the conditions and daylight left in the day. I really don't know if I am up for a snow/night run!
