Yeah, i wouldn't bother. I read somewhere on here of someone doing it on a 4th gen, it doesn't do anything significant.HKpre86 said:Well, I gave up.. The 4" deckplate is too large, but the elbow comes off easy enough. Don't think it made much of a difference if any.

I know that other aftermarket intake systems cause a drop in low end torque. I'm sure this is the case with this mod (someone correct me on this if I'm wrong).
