Fog lights

I am going to order the bumper this week. I do have a question, what size fog lights are in there. I want to buy a set of hid fogs to put in there.

I'm not sure, I'll take a look when I get home. The lights that came with it are acros. I'll get the measurement of the light later today

For the group buy it was all included. However, I think the signals are included with the price anywyas if your year 4runner req's them.

Bought mine yesterday. If you have an 06 to 09 then turn signals are 50 bucks and lights are 110. My total shipped to Georgia with lights and turn signals, powder coated was 1245. Damn excited for it to be here!

Hey sorry I didnt' get back to you sooner, been out of town in another vehicle. Anyways, the lights are ACRO's model H1900. They come in an HID versin as well albeit a bit pricey. But, the lights are WELL made, 100% sealed that came with harness plugs so the connectors are water tight. They are pretty awesome. I would definitely love the HID versions... someday

No Problem, I appreciate the reply. they wanted 350 PER LIGHT for the HID, needless to say I chose the regular lights. Once they get here im going to look into more options for HID's. Ill report back and let you know once i gets here in a couple weeks.

Any update on this? I'm dying to see more of these bumpers with more detailed pictures!

I'd love to see pictures of the back of the bumper... I'm trying to figure out if I could weld up some side skirts to help hide some of the exposed bits. I love the style of the bumper, but think that it might be a little too revealing for me.

Well the bumper finally got here on Tuesday. I have to say my experience with Demello was not very smooth. Once the bumper got here i put it on and was extremely disappointed. Non of the gaps were proportional. I ended up using some washer to even out the left and right side gaps. Now i will have to weld the last piece since i cannot use bolts thanks to the washers i had to use. I am happy with how it looks now that its done. The lights that came with it are very bright. I tinted them yellow (wasn't so sure about this at first) but it turned out well and i like it.

The 12,500 pound winch just got here to find out that the air-conditioning line that runs in front of the radiator doesn't allow for a winch. Now i have to figure out a way to run that line so i can use a winch.

Anyone else have that issue once they got their bumper on and ready to install the winch?

I'm not going to let it stop me, but it will certainly increase my anxiety level until it's on my 4Runner. I have some plans to modify it slightly or maybe Demello (Jason, I think) can help with that. I basically just want to add a little more side-coverage so that I don't have so much exposed like the washer bottle. I also want the "turn signals" to be bright amber day-time running lamps. I hope to be ordering it SOON!!

As for the winch, I am planning on getting a M8000 if I can stop buying parts for my Duc, but the issue you are running into is a common one for all 4runners and bumpers. I'v been told to just unclip the line and gradually bend it back (presumably) until its out of the way. I'm pretty sure the shrockworks is also this way.

Well, i really wanted to get HID's for the bottom but those were 350 per light and i am not crazy. So i found this film on e-bay. Payed 5 bucks shipped and did them myself. It turned out well. I like the whole set up a lot. Hopefully Jason can help customize yours....Warning now, when you order a girl will answer the phone. Tell her you want to speak to Jason about the order. She is TERRIBLE with customization. My total went from 1245 to 2300 because i asked for amber colored lights. She just wasn't the brightest.

That's exactly what i did. It worked out perfect. I will post pictures of the Winch installed later today. Turned out awesome. Bumper went from looking good to just mean.

As far as the look of it, you can spray paint it black and you'll never notice it is there. For protection, you can weld a piece of black diamond plate or something along those lines to extend the bottom of the bumper over the washer fluid. It would not be that hard to fix that issue.
