detail trim

Hello all, I recently drove from Texas to my duty station in Virginia with my 05 runner. After the recent snow storms I washed the car and noticed the detal trim is peeling from my truck. What should I do about it? Remove the trim all the way around or what other options do I have? Thanks.

What's detail trim? Is that like pin striping? Can you post a pic so we can get a better idea?

Yes, sorry I didn't make myself clear. I did mean the pin striping that goes around the truck. I'll try to get a picture up but basically it's just peeling off.

If it's pinstripping that's peeling I'm sure it's that tape on kind. Personally I would lose all of it IMO.

You should be able to just pull it off and hit those area's with a goof polish to clean it up and follow with a good wax after that.

It's hard to give you an exact RX without seeing a pic's so take this with a grain of salt......
