Deviant Light Bar / License Plate Mount for LED's?

first off, I really am not looking to put a led light bar behind the grill...

what I am really looking for is a Deviant Light Bar type idea where I can mount 2 x 7IN Round LED's. I know that they are no longer around and I believe the only did up to 2011 5th gens. What I was looking for is something like this.

Has any seen anything like that? or has anyone had anything like that fabbed up?

An alternative is something like this - anyone tried one of these?
