Did i blow a fuze?

I bought 31mm led's for my dome light and rear dome light to brighten it up a little bit. put the front one in and was happy with the color and it was brighter. Tried the rear, and nothing. I heard they can only go in one way for it to light up, so I flipped it, nothing. Did I blow a fuze? How do I tell if I did? How would I go about fixing it?
this will be tomorrows project so I hope to get some answers.
I know this has been covered ever so much, i'd appreciate any links that might help me because I wasn't able to find anything that helped.

Put the old bulb back in. If it doesn't work, you blew a fuse.

It's always a good idea to remove power to the circuit you're working on, even if it's just replacing a bulb.
