Did I make a mistake?

I just ordered the Toytec ultimate lift with the rear 906s and the billies 5125 as I only want a mild lift with my 265's however after I ordered, I realized that the description said that the 5125s were only to be used with 3 inches of lift and the 906s are jus a two inch lift..... Will these work or do I have to change the order... It's the weekend so there's nobody there at the moment to help

I have this setup and it works just fine.

However, the long shocks with a shorter coil can cause the coil to drop out while flexing. I'm not totally sure of the length of those shocks, but you may want to make some sort of spring retainer. Other than that, just to second what was already said the setup will still work.

This, however I doubt the springs are short enough to fall out with the extra travel.

I would call and possibly try and get the order changed.. just to be safe to have the correct set up.. just my opinion

whatever scenario you set up on your runner, the shock should not be the "limit Strap".

I'm not saying you were, but it was mentioned that a longer shock would allow the coil spring to drop out and the shock should never be the limiting factor.

Edit: unless the shock has an internal bump stop
