Diff drop Questions

I have a 3-inch lift kit on my 97 4runner and I read that I should go ahead and get a front diff drop kit. My question is what company makes the best kit the only company I know is toytech lift. Also, does that affect the use of my stock skid plate?

I just installed the kit that WheelersOffroad sells. Seems like great quality to me. It does require you to put spacers under two of the skid plate mounts but they are included in the kit.

Arent they all the same, 1" piece of aluminum and some new hardware?

There really is no "technology" to a diff drop kit - a 1" puck with a hole in the middle for the longer bolt to go through. Done. If you know someone with a lathe or a decent drill press you could make it yourself for a couple of bucks.
