I got the SS3 pro pods on my 4Runner. Installed them right after the new year. I will say these are freaking awesome. They light up the whole road. I did mount them flush so I don’t use them on the road because everyone flashes me. I understand I can tilt them but I really don’t care as I use them for off-roading and on back roads.
I will say they are cooler in temp color than I expected. I have the 5.5k hid from xenon depot and you can see a difference when you look at them. I personally don’t care.
Easy installation and they look great even when they are off. The product itself looks to be made of good quality.
I would recommend these to everyone. Very satisfied

Installed some SS3 Pro's yesterday, they look so much better than the film's I had over the stock fogs. Super bright too!
So I just installed the sports and my aim is pretty dialed in just lining up the new light with the factory light still installed. But one gripe is the fitment. https://i.imgur.com/H9m6gDX.jpg

Top link is the left and bottom is right. wonder if I have the brackets too far/close to the front or back of the light fixture. Not the end of the world but would’ve liked a more flush appearance.

If they were flush you wouldn't be able to aim them. They don't have a secondary outer dome lens, as it would be useless for this type of optic.

I installed the yellow Pro sae version. I did my best to aim the same as factory aim during instal. Holy cow! The light output is incredible. I mean....dayum.
Great light for the $.
So far I have never been flashed by oncoming drivers. That said, they are bright AF.

Just got these and they are bright! Even adjusted them as low as possible but when 'ON' it bleeds into the LED low beams. Don't know how it looks if I am oncoming traffic - hopefully I am not being a tool and blinding people. Will try and get some photos - sorry no before photos.

There's a proper procedure for aiming them- Measure from the ground to the center of the lamp (let's say it's 18"). Then park 25 feet away from a wall on flat ground. Subtract 4" from your lamp height (so 14" for this example) and mark that on the wall with a long piece of tape. The top of your fog light cutoffs should aim for the tape.
Cover or unplug your headlights if you need to see it more clearly, and aim the fog lights one at a time.
These don't use stock "click wheel" adjusters. Basically what I did was tighten the mounting brackets to the lamps until I could barely move them. Then, after mounting them in the bumper, I could aim them from the outside by pushing them very hard up and down. Good luck!

I could give that a try but I have it lowered down all the way to the point where I can't point them lower - the pod hits the bracket.
EDIT: I also have the bracket pulled as far back as it physically could.

If they're not low enough and the pod is hitting the bracket, pulling them forward should give you a bit more room. If they're hitting the bezel, then you can push them back.
Aiming is important, good luck!

I have a goofy question, the bracket has a bevel or whatever you want to call it on one side of the front that sticks out further than the other. Does that go on the outside of the light or inside ?

Edit: i think im reading your question wrong. Could you clarify?
You know, i cant recall which was which . Just look at the back of the bracket and youll see a LH or RH (left or right hand) marking.
no personal experience, but from what you're describing, my assumption would be the bezel would be deeper to the center of the truck, as the lights face forward.

Yes. The longer part of the bezel goes towards the center of the truck.
