i'd be all over this with a yellow lens option. the output and install looks super clean, but i really prefer yellow for fog.

IMHO, it's best to stick with halogen fog lights with yellow lenses.

LED with yellow lens is not going to look good when the light is projected on the road surface. (just like you don't want to use red lenses in front a white LED... as in rear turn or brake light housings)

Of course, the solution is to have LEDs with yellow light output! :bravo:

Just installed these on my TE last night. Great product with relatively easy install. It's important that you adjust the aim on these after the install though. They come from the factory in a position that will cause glare for oncoming drivers. I.e. Aimed too high.

do they look bright at night compared to what you've had before?

The best way to describe it is that they fill in the dark areas you have when you install a TRS PNP kit in your factory projectors. With the low beams and fogs on, the output looks quite similar to the output on my wife's 2013 Lexus RX.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't you want a flood style light in your fog lights? To help when there is fog on the roads?
I suppose if you just want the fogs for looks, then it would not matter.

Floods do just that, send light 360 degrees, if I am not mistaken.
This would be a better application for driving lights or off road lights, but deffinately not for fog. IMO

The whole purpose of a fog light is to cut thru the fog (lower than your headlights) so you can see the road. Fog lights have a horizontal beam that spreads to the sides without sending light up and into the fog and back at the driver's vision.

agreed, it makes sense that fog light spread should stay low to the ground, therefore the projector LED fogs that OP is talking about should work quite well.

I'm no fog lights expert, but I thought fog lights are suppose to be on without headlights.

Ok, I searched around and got a little more info and saved the pictures so I could repost here.

Comprised of three Philips Luxeon-T 5000K LEDs drawing a total of 9w and outputting 1200 raw lumens per light, the beam emits through a clear projector lens that creates a distinguished wide and uniform light.

I spoke with Jamielle (TRS) this PM.
He confirmed to me, when we hit our number (hopefully 20), I will call him, he will come on the site, acknowledge and post a coupon code for us, when all 20 have been paid in full (Paypal?), the discount will be given and product will be shipped.
