Not with the camburg, and most likely no with the SPC.

I installed my Dirt King Upper Control Arms this week that I purchased from [MENTION=120150]TotalAutomotiveLV[/MENTION] ... install instructions provided were straightforward and it was one of the simplest installs I have done on my 4Runner.

These UCAs (upper Control Arms) not only look awesome but they are super beefy!

Still silent. The zerks are in a great place for quick maintenance. I've got about 5000km (3000 miles) on mine so far. Lots of fun wheeling and dusty / muddy roads

I ordered tri-flow superior lubricant and tri-flow superior dry lube for the winter.
This was recommended by dirtking, and apparently will not destroy the PTFE liner on the uniball. I've wiped dirt off and reapplied the tri-flow a few times now.

Nice beefy UCAs, and bushing and uniballs are readily available from DK. Very pleased!

I was just at dirt king about 3-4 wks ago buying some UCA sleeves/bushing. They have a full installed sample wall of UCA/LCA for different auto maker. I tell you this, they are beefy and construction are top notch. I would buy some if it wasn't so pricey but very high quality.

You need to first decide if you want uniballs (DirtKing) or a ball joint (JBA).

I am open to both style joints. Just seeing if anyone has experiences with both and could weigh in on the difference. I live in Northern California and plan to traverse terrain such as the Rubicon, the many dirt trails through the Sierra Nevada's, and hopefully Moab next year. Ordered a set of 2.5 extended travel Kings with reservoirs and adjusters last week. In the meantime I am searching for the right set of UCAs.

As far as I can tell the Dirt Kings work just like any of the other Uniball UCA, TC, Camburg, Icon, etc. I just love the looks and boxed design.

My main concerns would be best droop, and alignment with a set of 285/70/17.

Still torn between the JBA or DKs. Can someone convince me to get one or the other?

Get the DKs. I got the heimed version and I love them.

FYI DK is coming out with a tube style UCA with bushings and ball joint. Perfect for you guys in wet climates. Also the price looks to be a bit lower IIRC in the 400-500 range.
