Don't have a discount code, but I have the "tail as turn" in my '16 Trail. I put LED reverse lights in place of the original turn signals, and love it. No problems, and it really lights up the night when I back up.

I haven't noticed any 'wash out' at all after installing my t-a-t modules with extra LED lights.

If you are just looking to improve your backup lights, start with this. I added these in both our 4Runner and they are amazing. I also have the DD tail-as-turn module but am not using these 'extra' backkup light option.

IMO the stock reverse lights provide plenty of light for camera use at night. After I install the DD TaT mod, I'd like to add a switch that activates the reverse lights only (w/o camera). This will essentially give me rear trail lights without having to mount any LED bars. The DD LED reverse lights and "new" reverse lights (old turn signal spot) seem like great products. I'm looking into getting their premium LED kit (interior/reverse,fogs) but it's all soooooo expensive. Any thoughts on my mod idea or other LED companies? Thanks!

Are you using the DD LEDs for reverse and "extra" reverse?

Yes. I have 4 reverse lights now. Two in the stock spots and two lights in the old turn signal spots.

there is no need to look for diode dynamics coupons.

you can buy.. 3 sets of leds that are the same as diode dynamics is selling, for the same price.. off amazon. There is no difference asides from diode dynamics offering a warranty.

As for the bulbs being the same, I agree there are a TON of LED bulb options now a days.
Spend your money where you want, I spend more to support the stars and bars when I can.

Lastly, they offer discounts around most of the calendar holidays... I would expect one for memorial.
