DIY Lightbar for 2015 HELP

I purchased these

bolt LEDs and placed them in plastic affixed to my grill, but I need assistance on wiring.

I couldn't decide if I wanted the LEDs to be on when my DRLs were on or when my low beams were, so I chose both and put 2 rows of LEDs on each piece of plastic on opposing sides. So when my DRLs were on, one row of LEDs would shine and when my low beams turn on, the other row would power. One for day one for night.

My problem is that since my DRLs are also my high beams (dual intensity), I only get the lower intensity to my LEDs when tapping into the wiring unless I flash my high beams, and only when the headlights are on can I even use my highbeams, so that's probably another wiring issue.

So basically all I want is my LEDs to utilize the full power of my high beams when only my DRLs are on. I'm not interested in installing a switch to control them. I want them on when I turn my lights on. I'm not super well-versed in this stuff but I feel as though I'll need to be tapping into wiring in the cabin as checking the engine compartment's wiring and fuse box has yielded no solutions thus far.

Make sure to check the specifications on color temperatures as they differ from the silver bolts to the black bolts. I wanted black but the cool white is too cool of a temp to match my current DRLs, so I went with silver.

Also, the wires off the LEDs are very short, so here is the wire you will need to extend them
